The Ontario Coalition Against Poverty, aka OCAP, asked several artist teams to produce monuments to people who had died in or around Allan Gardens, an important refuge in the City of Toronto for homeless people. Shawn Keegan was murdered by their john in a serial killing. Our monument is made of sod, cut out of the ground and rolled back to evoke a bed, a grave, a sleeping bag.
